Ingredients for sabudana Pulav
Sabudana [Sago] – 1 cup [soak in water for 3 hours]
Potato – 1 [peel and cut into small pieces]
Sendha Namak to Taste
Pepper powder to taste
Oil – 1 tbsp
Method of Preparing Sabudana Pulav
Cook sabudana in pressure cooker. Heat oil in a pan and fry the aloo cubes and cover the pan wirh a lid and cook till the potato render.
Add the boiled sabudana, sendha namak, and pepper powder and mix well. Cook again for10 minutes on low flame. Mix gently and remove from the flame and serve hot.
