Kuttu Atta Paratha Recipe

Ingredients for Kuttu Atta Paratha

Kuttu Atta – 1 cup

Potato –1 [boil, peel and mashed]

Dry flour for dusting

Sendha Namak to taste

Ghee – 1 tbsp

Method of Preparing Kuttu Atta Paratha

Mix kuttu atta with mashed potato and sentha namak [rock salt].

Add enough water and make smooth dough. Knead well.

Cover the dough and keep aside for 20 minutes. Divide the dough into 4 parts and shape them into round balls using dry flour.

Rollout these balls into chapattis. Heat the griddle [tava], and put the chappati on the griddle and cook for 2 minutes or until under side is cooked. Flip the parathas and apply the ghee. Again flip and cook both sides.

Remove the parathas and serve hot.
