Makhana [Lotus Seeds] Fry

Ingredients for Makhana Fry

Makhana – 1 cup

Pepper Powder – 1/4 cup

Oil – 2 tsp

Sentha Namak [Rock Salt] to taste

Method of Makhana Fry

Heat oil in a pan fry makhana till it becomes fluffy. Remove from the flame and add sentha Namak and pepper power and serve hot
