Raw Banana curry Fasting Reccipe

Ingredients of Raw Banana Curry

Raw Banana – 2
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
Green Chilies – 2 [chopped]
Sendha Namak [rock salt] to taste

Method of Preparing Raw Banana Curry

Peel off the bananas and cut into small pieces. Take abundant amount of wa5ter in a bowl and add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder before they get discolored.

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, chopped green chilies, and fry for 2 minutes. Add turmeric powder, pepper powder, banana pieces and rock salt sendha namak. Mix well. Add little water and cover the pan and cook on low flame for 10—15 minutes.

Remove the cover and transfer into a serving dish and serve hot.
