Kuttu Atta with Potato Poori

Ingredients for Kuttu Atta Potato Poori

Kuttu Atta –1 cup

Potato –1 [peels, boiled and mashed]

Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp

Sendha Namak [Rock Salt] to taste

Oil for Frying

Method of Preparing Kuttu potato Poori

Mix the kuttu atta with mashed potato, pepper powder and sendha namak [rock salt]. Add enough water and make it tight dough.

Rollout pooris from the kuttu atta dough. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the kuttu pooris and serve hot.
