Ingredients for Bhang ke Pakore
Potatoes – 200 gms
Onions – 150 gms
Califlower—200 gms
Spinach – 100 gms
Basen – 250 gms
Soda bi-carb – 1 pinch
Bhang seed powder – 10gms
Ajwain – 5 gms
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method of Preparing Bhang ke Pakore
Peel and cut all the vegetables. Mix the flour with soda bi-carb, ajwain, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and bhang seed powder.
Add enough water to make a thick batter. Heat the oil in a pan. Dip the vegetables in the batter and deep fry in hot oil on medium flame until golden brown.
Serve hot with green chutney
