Ingredients for Ragi Balls
Ragi flour – 1 cup
Water – 2 cups
Salt to taste
Method of Preparing Ragi Balls for Diabetics
Heat the water with salt in a wide opening vessel. When it starts to boil add the ragi flour slowly and stirring continuously. Cook the flour for 10 minutes.
Remove from the heat and mix well, taking care to remove all lumps. When the mixture is still warm, applies some water to hands and shapes the cooked flour into big balls.
These mudde balls usually served with chutney, sambar, bissaru
It is a good food for diabetes
